Prophets and Ladies,
Due to circumstances beyond our control with the recent roof replacement on Ormazd Grotto building, the air conditioning isn’t going to be fully operational for the convention. Therefore we have been forced to come up with Plan C, which is to move all activities that were occurring at the Grotto to the Bahia Shrine Center just up the road. I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my fellow nobles for helping us with this venue change last minute. This is what true Masonry is all about!
We have extended our deadline to register until September 18th and were able to get the hotel to extend the discounted rate, so be sure to reserve your hotel accommodations and get the below registration form sent in with your payment ASAP.
Florida Grotto Secretaries, remember to turn in your necrology report to the FSGA Executive Secretary, John Borsa, PM, PPFSGA ASAP to have your deceased prophets and ladies included in the program.
We will do our best to observe any and all Covid-19 related ordinances in place at the time of the convention and will only ask everyone to do what makes them comfortable. We only ask that you b respectful of other Prophets and their level of comfort.
In closing, I want to wish Ormazd Grotto a Happy 90th birthday! I look forward to seeing all of you in Louisville and in Orlando in a couple of weeks!
